Bay Area born and raised, I currently live and work in foggy San Francisco. My career is rooted in media and entertainment, most recently at Crunchyroll as part of the Localization - Dub Production team. Because anime and Crunchyroll have been huge parts of my life since I was young, working in this industry was a genuine dream come true. Through that experience, I became deeply familiar with all facets of anime dub production and content operations.
My expertise spans the entire filmmaking lifecycle, including pre-production, production, and post-production, as well as content management. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in cinematography, photography, producing, directing, and screenwriting. On the technical side, I’m well-versed in Windows and Mac post-production workflows, codecs, and editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Final Cut Pro X. I also bring advanced knowledge of DSLR and mirrorless camera systems (Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, and Sony) alongside industry-standard cinema cameras like ARRI and RED. To keep my workflows sharp, I actively manage social media across platforms like Reddit, Instagram, and X, and I’ve been experimenting with AI tools like Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT to see how they can enhance creative operations. I am also able to speak conversational Japanese and read the language at a basic level.
When I’m not behind a camera or managing a project, you can usually find me cooking, playing recreational volleyball, or hosting Rest Here Podcast with my co-host, Alyssa. It’s a video game-themed podcast where we’ve had the awesome privilege of interviewing incredible folks from across the Bay Area gaming industry.
